Similar to the Kingston except it has three different style cuffs, is open at the top and hangs from medallions. You also have a choice of two bell styles and two hem styles.

The bells are cut in such a way that it prevents the lining behind the bell from showing. The cuffs could be omitted, keeping a curve at the top. It could also be installed on decorative rods.

When cutting on the bias, each swaging section could vary from 18" to 33" wide and will require 1½ yards of fabric.
