The Wide Swag will compliment the contemporary style much more than several smaller swags. If the room has several windows of different sizes, a wide swag on each window could also be effective. The package contains a pattern and instructions for manufacturing the following: Wide Swag 96" wide X 24" long Small Swag 24" wide X 14" long Cascade 7 ½" wide X 40" long Jabot 15" wide X 36" long FABRIC This treatment will work best with fabric of light to medium weight. If possible, select wide (118") fabric and cut swags on bias. This will render smoother folds giving a better finish. If wide goods are not available, 54" wide fabric could be seamed for bias cut swags, or railroad 54" fabric. YARDAGE Yardage is based on plain fabric. If goods have a pattern repeat, please take into consideration. SEE CUTTING. Wide swag: if using 118" fabric width, cut length at 120". Wide swag bias cut: If using 54" fabric width, cut 2 lengths at 120". Wide swag seamed: If using 54" fabric width, cut and seam 2 lengths at 50". Wide swag railroaded: If using 54" fabric width, cut length at 110". Small swag: If using 118" fabric width, 1 yard required. Small swag: If using 54" fabric width, 1 yard required. Jabot: 1 width at desired finish length plus 3". Cascades (each): 1 width at desired finish length plus 3". YOU WILL NEED THE SAME AMOUNT OF FABRIC FOR LINING.
